Terence’s journey in San Diego real estate started in 2016 when he obtained his real estate license to save money on a property purchase. Afterwards, his growth in this field was mainly through word-of-mouth.
Terence has extensive sales and operations management experience, along with a background as a market analyst conducting research and advising some of the world's Fortune 500 companies. His daily participation in the financial markets for almost 20 years keeps him connected to trends in the broader economy that may have implications on your decisions
